So, I've been doing a lot of work over the last month, primarily on the story of Olyvia and some cover work. Both Jules and Olyvia now have a new covers and Olyvia has an updated story to match her up with the other two. Since then I've been working on pulling all the current copies of the other two books (and as soon as the new cover for Rod is done, the same thing will happen to his book), so all of you out there that have the original covers (or even the special edition covers) now have limited edition copies.
From now on...
Everybody ready? The newest work is ready!
Introducing Kaelia Stevens' latest work...
Contrary to popular belief, not all Terrans are humans. There are plenty of creatures – some bipedal and some not – born on Terra but born free of humanity. These ‘non-human’ Terrans have lived successfully among the humans for longer than the humans have known, hiding behind fairy tales, myths, and legends.
Launch Day is currently scheduled for April 1st, and to help kick it off, K. Stevens is hosting a book party on facebook! Check it out on her facebook page or go straight to the event page to take part! There'll be games, prizes, and giveaways galore, and it'll be all week long starting from the 27th.
More info will coming next week, so be sure to keep checking back!
Alright, so I've come to a realization with my Author Networking project.
I realized that when I compiled the binder for myself that started this project, I had already collected all the information I needed in the format I needed it in. So, instead of re-finding all the info and re-formatting it to fit the blog, I'm in the process of scanning (and cleaning up) my files and putting them up here for you to download. I'll have to make sure that they're up to date as well -- can't have any sites on my list that aren't still active or have changed their policies.
But I will be uploading the files this week, you can be sure.
It goes to show there's truth in the old saying...At least, there is in this case. :)
Oh, and don't forget about the One Stop Fiction contest! One lucky winner gets 12 author-signed hardbacks sent to them in February, Jules being one among them and signed by yours truly! Only Nine days left to get your entries in and share it with your friends: Check it out here, and check out the other titles below:
The process has taken me longer than I thought. The pages are finished, they simply need some polishing before they are up. If you want a preview of the kinds of things I'll be doing, the first page (A link to a couple of sites with Beta Reading services) is up and available.
So, Kaelia Stevens' "Jules" (along with 11 other books) will be sent out to one lucky winner of the One Stop Fiction Fantasy Competition! If you enter, you'll get the chance to win 12 signed fantasy books sent directly to you!!
Just follow this link to the One Stop Fiction website and enter the competiton! It's as easy as clicking a few buttons.
Here's a little glimpse at the other books being offered as prizes:
(This should be fun.)
Welcome to the new site for eKlecticKreations! 2017, here we come.
Above you have buttons for Kaelia Stevens, KKBCeramics, Adventures in Mache, and The Drawn World. Kaelia Stevens will take you to page telling you all about my exploits as an author, futher links, and a personal author networking project. KKBCeramics will take you to a page all about my ceramic buisness and a link to my etsy store. Adventures in Mache will take you to a page detailing my new-found adventures in paper mache, influenced by Dan the Monster Man (Gourmet Paper Mache). The Drawn World is all about my sketches, from creature creation to art concepts. Check it out!
The other button is for One Crafty Widow, a partner buisness with eKlecticKreations. Under her tab you'll find access to her social media sites, her etsy store, and some of her designs and concepts.
Click around and see what's where, drop me a comment or sign up for the various newsletters regarding different subjects, or sign up for the newsetter for eKlecticKreations to get updates on all of the subjects at once!
And please remember that this is a page that's a work in progress. Some of the buttons may not work yet, but I'm working on them. Check back often to see what new things I've come up with, or at least sign up to the newsletter over on the right so you can get updates!
